Samuel P. Gerace, CEO
Sam Gerace, a successful three-time entrepreneur, was the founder of Be Free (Nasdaq:BFRE), a comprehensive Internet marketing information services company processing over $2 billion in annual commerce transactions for leading retail and consumer businesses. He founded the company in 1996, and was CEO, CTO and a Director, heading the company's Operations, Development and Product Strategy. In 2002 the company merged with ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq:VCLK), an advertising and marketing information service company for leading retail and consumer businesses, where he served as Executive Vice President, CTO and on the Board of Directors.
Prior to Be Free, Gerace founded PCX Consulting, Inc., which offered marketing information systems for industry and retail business, and PCX Information Systems, Inc., which offered direct marketing software for the public-utility industry.
Gerace served as Entrepreneur in Residence with Jumpstart, Inc., an Ohio corporation whose mission is to accelerate the growth of early stage businesses and ideas into venture-ready companies. In that capacity he worked with a portfolio of early-stage companies, assisting them through the seed and growth stages.
Gerace earned a B.A. in Biochemistry from Harvard University, and an MBA in Executive Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Jeff Kline, President
Jeff Kline delivers many years of sales, marketing and organizational expertise to Veritix. He spent fourteen years in various senior management roles with Ticketmaster, and served as Executive Vice President in the Office of the Chairman prior to his departure in 2001. During his time at Ticketmaster, Kline was instrumental in helping the company grow and expand into new areas of business and services. After leaving Ticketmaster, Kline was named Vice President/Chief of Staff at Media Live International (formerly Key3 Media). Media Live is one of the country’s largest producers of information technology trade shows. While there, he oversaw the business operations for Comdex and Networld+Interop, the Company’s largest shows. Following Media Live International, Jeff spent four years at TBA Global Events as the Company’s Senior Executive Vice President of Business Affairs. At TBA, Jeff oversaw all sales, marketing, business development, administration, and human resources for the company.
Throughout his career, Jeff has focused heavily on business development and organizational engineering in an effort to consistently exceed client and company objectives. Jeff is a Colorado native and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado.

Andy Rosenbaum, Vice President, Engineering and Operations
Andy Rosenbaum has 17 years of experience in developing software products and services. As the lead for Flash Seats development since its inception, he architected, defined and developed the system as it is in use today. With key management positions at Spoke Software, Yahoo!, e-centives, Inktomi and Infinity Financial Technology, Rosenbaum designed, implemented and maintained some of the most cutting edge products in recent years, including a business-oriented social network with more than 30 million relationships, the Y! Personals service and Y! Groups, and a commerce engine platform serving the telecommunication, media, software, insurance industries and derivatives trading systems for the financial market. Rosenbaum received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Rose Carberry, Vice President, Client Services
Rose Carberry has broad management experience from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations. With over 20 years of experience in both the private and public sector, Carberry has worked to help organizations improve performance, increase sales and produce high-quality products and services. As a senior executive and member of the founding team at Be Free, Inc. (Nasdaq:BFRE), a publicly traded online marketing technology and services company, she was responsible for creating the finance, HR, client services and quality functions. Carberry earned a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Robert Morris University.

Guy Villa, Vice President, Sales
Guy Villa has over 19 years of business-to-business sales and client service experience, and has been very instrumental in building and growing the Flash Seats brand to the sports and entertainment industries. Prior to joining Veritix, Guy Villa spent 17 years with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Villa was integral in forging customer relationships with all levels of the automotive community. In his many years in sales, Villa's customer base ranged from associates, to small business owners, to executive management of Fortune 500 companies. Villa holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Executive Management from Case Western Reserve University.

Jim Schreiner, Director of Finance
Jim Schreiner is a 15-year veteran of the ticketing industry. In addition to his tenure with Veritix, Schreiner spent over 10 years with Ticketmaster in both operational and financial roles. In his current position, Schreiner oversees all financial aspects of the company plus, drawing from his industry experience, Schreiner has focused on shaping the financial reporting aspects of the company's ticketing solution.
In addition to industry experience, Schreiner previously worked in the assurance practice of KPMG LLP and held high level financial positions with The Production Network, a corporate event production company. Schreiner earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a licensed CPA.

Dave Benway, Vice President, Product Management
Dave Benway delivers over a decade of experience in the areas of product management, software development, and client services. As Vice President of Product Management, he is responsible for defining the overall product vision and specifying market requirements for current and future products. Before joining Veritix, Dave led client services and new client implementation for Vertical Alliance, where he was also responsible for the design and development of the conversion process, and has experience with the entire ticket lifecycle. Prior to joining Vertical Alliance, Dave served as a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Manager from NetIQ software. In that role, he was a leading member of a team that evaluated the Company’s security software packages for corporate-wide rollout. Dave also acted as a liaison between the NetIQ and Microsoft development teams, and interfaced with various levels of management and test engineers to develop technical specifications, troubleshoot issues and ensure appropriate test coverage. Dave holds a B.S. degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Joe Angelo, Vice President, Operations
Joe Angelo has seventeen years of comprehensive experience in both private and publicly traded organizations. As Vice President of Operations, Joe has been instrumental in the success of Flash Seats’ client installations and on-going system management, and continues to oversee all areas of Flash Seats product deployment. Prior to joining Veritix, Joe served as a key manager at Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake, LLC and was responsible for global manufacturing and business development in Europe and Asia. Prior to Bendix, Angelo was at Delphi Automotive Systems with responsibility over vehicle electrical systems.
Joe earned a both a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University and an MBA in Executive Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio.
