Client Support
We want your ticketing operation to be as effective and efficient as possible, which is why our client support team is available via phone and email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our dedicated team will assist you with any issues or requests, from routine on-sale questions to more complex, custom needs.
Event Administration
Our Event Setup Services teams works with clients to build the seating manifest for venues and/or specific events. We assist in setting up price codes, seat status codes, or hold codes, pricing, seat sell order, fee tables, ticket formats and other event-related items. We also provide help in offer creation and management for new events.
Implementation
A dedicated team works with clients to get them up and running with our systems. Our implementation team handles:
- Conversion of data to our systems
- Network setup
- Access control
- Box Office setup
Training
As part of our service, Veritix provides on-site training for all client staff (e.g., box office, sales, marketing, and finance) that interact with our systems. Our commitment is to ensure that each member of the client's team is comfortable with our systems and productive from day one.
