Call Center
Our well-trained, bilingual Call Center staff handles all telephone and email inquiries and ticket orders. As part of our commitment to clients' brands, each client receives a toll-free phone number and a customized email address for customer issues. Our Call Center provides information on ticket order confirmation, parking, ADA requests, and box office policy information. Furthermore, our dedicated and well trained staff provide on the spot customer care 7 days a week, and work closely with each of our clients to ensure that our product offerings are maximizing the potential of every single event.
Order Fulfillment
All ticket orders are processed and mailed with 48 hours. Orders are triple checked to ensure accuracy.
